Cut-off varies by carrier and service — we'll confirm the exact time for your account when we set things up, so you know exactly what 'same-day' means for your orders.
Can you handle marketplace and FBA prep?
Yes — labelling, prep and multi-marketplace fulfilment are part of the service, coordinated through the same WMS as the rest of your stock.
What happens to returns?
